Multiple payments error

Hi,

I tried to purchase an item off ebay but when i signed in to Paypal to complete order i got an error message. So the order was never completed. However payments were made, 3 in total. They are shown on my paypal account.

The seller states there are no payments on his paypal account so he refuses to reimburse me.

I have not bought anything so i want the money back, please help.

I have been back and forward between paypal and the seller but am going round in circles

yes same problem seller wont send me my goods because not had payment off me still trying to get my 3 lotes of money to be refunded since this morning not going very quickly a bit fed up now

Ive had the same issue, ebay saying no payments made and wont help anymore yet paypal showing 3 payments gone to the seller. I am waiting on the seller to check payments, but if it turns out its not showing at there end, do i open a case as there is no option to cancel transactions

The seller has confirmed they have recieved 3 payment but says there is not option to refund

I had this issue today. I opened disputes on two of the three payments I made and clicked on the 'unauthorised use of my account' as i think that PayPals error was just that! They contacted the seller who accepted the dispute and PayPal refunded me straight away! Think it should work for others.
