Hi, I tried to purchase an item off ebay but when i signed in to Paypal to complete order i got an error message. So the order was never completed. However payments were made, 3 in total. They are shown on my paypal account. The seller states there are no payments on his paypal account so he refuses to reimburse me. I have not bought anything so i want the money back, please help. I have been back and forward between paypal and the seller but am going round in circles
