Got a refund from ASOS, but lost my card and cancelled it, where will the money go?

Hi, so I bought some stuff off ASOS and then had it refunded. Meanwhile, I lost my bank card that was attached to my paypal and so had it blocked and got a new one. The money says it's been refunded and is in my paypal, but isn't appearing in my bank account statement as it has before. So then I assumed the money was just on my paypal but when I got to withdraw it, it says I had no funds to withdraw. 

What can I do? Should I ring paypal?

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

Don't worry. The funds will still return to the acocunt which your old card was linked to. Although your card changes, the account does not.
