Dispute esculated to claim case closed it says im refunded the amount but says i lost?

so i was scammed a large amount of money by a server owner for a game he abused his owner power to access my account and banned me and stole my digital goods so basically scammed me this large amount he had not replied after the given date and on paypal it says +(theamount) refunded to (your credit card) but when i click on the despute and read the case it says this

After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time.
the money isnt in my account but it is a saturday here in australia but i know paypals time zone is california (PST) so its 3:47pm friday there but 10:46am saturday here, do i have anything to worry about? or do i simply have to wait till monday for the payment to go through as a business day

the seller didnt reply by paypals given date and i am sure i have won the case but this is happening
