Re-Open Case for refund.

Hello , i bought one thing but seller scammed me , i closed case and maked new cause i didnt said all and now i cant make new please help me guys i wasted all my money i had i cant pay now i have only 1$ ! 

Also i paid trough PayPal Balance , please help me guys !!!!

You are only allowed to open x1 dispute per transaction.

You should never close a dispute until you have a cleared refund or your item.

Your only hope is if you funded that paypal payment via a card, in which case see if your card issuer will help you.
