I will be receiving GBP from another country, will the sender pay the cross border fee? or will I and should I therefore add it to the purchase price?

When they pay in your currency they select that currency during the checkout process OR you send them an invoice to pay in that currency.
Then before they click to pay it tells them how much would be deducted in their currency from their funding source.
You would pay a sellers fee and cross border fee, fees are listed in paypals user agreement. Its against paypal rules to surcharge a buyer ie get them to pay your fees.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
