Cancelled and still no money back

Hi,

I made an order for cosmetics on Kylie Cosmetics, on August 10. For some reason, the payment stated cancelled and they told me they could not accept the funds and to try other paying method. As well, the money was supposed to appear in my account in 3-5 working days. Anyway, no money still. And they told me since they did not accept the money, they can not issue a refund. So, I am wondering, where is my money, there is no money in my bank account and no money on Paypal.

So I really wish to resolve this as it is not a very small amount of money.

Sorry to hear your order was not successful, was the payment made using a card or by instant bank transfer? Have you checked your PayPal balance for this refund also? If you paid using a card you should see the refund go back to your card. If you paid using an 'instant bank transfer' the funds will go back to your PayPal balance and can take up to 7 working days.
