Hi, I made an order for cosmetics on Kylie Cosmetics, on August 10. For some reason, the payment stated cancelled and they told me they could not accept the funds and to try other paying method. As well, the money was supposed to appear in my account in 3-5 working days. Anyway, no money still. And they told me since they did not accept the money, they can not issue a refund. So, I am wondering, where is my money, there is no money in my bank account and no money on Paypal. So I really wish to resolve this as it is not a very small amount of money.
