Refound money I sended to the wrong email adress

I have sended 21 pounds to a wrond email adress on the 22 of august after that i have close my account on paypal but i realise that i did it on the wrong email and I reopened my acc here on paypal but the transactions from my hstroy are gone but i have all details on my email I would like to recive my money back

Welcome to the community forum.
If you closed your account and had a payment that was not completed, because the email address it was sent to is not correct, it would normally be automatically cancelled. Since you were able to complete the closure it was also mean that the reversal of the payment is not pending. If you used a card to pay the money will be returned to the card within 2 - 3 working days. If you are not seeing that happen I would recommend getting in touch with us by phone so we can check it for you. You will find our phone number by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
