Customer Gave wrong address

Hi

We dispatched to the paypal address we were given and item has been delivered. The customer has moved and says she used a card to pay and gave her new address she now wants a refund because she did not recieve the item. How do we stand with this?

To win a dispute for item not received you need to provide a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of the transaction.

 

However if she wins that she 'may' try a chargeback via her card issuer BUT hopefully you have made sure that you are covered by seller protection for that situation?
