refund

Hello,

 

I got a refund last week from something that I purchased. It said I had to add a bank account number. I added all the information that was needed (I took the information from the bottom of a cheque) Now I keep getting emails saying to confirm the amount that was deposited. But there hasn't been any amount deposited. It has been 5 business days. Could somebody please help. I have no idea how to contact paypal.

Typically the deposits show up within that time. Are you in the US? In some other countries, the time frame is 5-7 business days. Let us know!
