I got an email that I received a full refund but I only got the money from my pay pal account, not the ones from my prepaid credit card. As I read recently they do not use prepaid cards, but my transaction went through, payment was made, the seller just ran out of the item I wanted to buy. He sent the money back but pay pal didn't put it back on my card, I don't even know it they can, so what should I do ?
