Tutor Vista- Charged My PayPal Account after cancelling-

I signed up for 30- day trial for tutoring service for child, cancelled on May 26- 20 days early. Billed $99.99 on May 28-

disputed w/ paypal, they denied-

Company says alternately- "can't refund since I disputed", and "it will be 4- days"

They're in India-

They cannot refund you untill the dispute is settled. This is standard practice. Tutor Vista is a fair company.

As far as I know they do not have 30 days trial. Trial is only for 7 days 🙂

If you used a credit card to pay for the item, file a chargeback by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
