Refunds

Paypal **bleep** with refunds. They get the money out of your account in minutes but it takes them 5 days to refund it. That is not right. I'm finding that Alertpay is much faster.

I completely agree!  I accidentally made a payment to the wrong person.  Paypal took the money from my checking account in seconds.  That person refunded the money, but Paypal would not let me use it for 5 days.

THIS IS JUST WRONG!

II sold am item on ebay, buyer paid, I shipped it , buyer never recived it, we conversed and agreed to0 refund.  I am relatively new to selling and I can't find a way to refund the money.  Help.

You refund through the original transaction in your paypal account.  Click on the 'details' link to bring up the payment page for that transaction.

In the middle of the numbers describing the payment, you'll see a refund link.  Click on that and follow the instructions.
