I purchased an item from Ebay about 28 days ago, and The seller contacted me about 5 days ago saying that I could get a refund for my item. So, I wen thtrough all of the steps on ebay, but since I payed through Paypal with my credit card without an account, I was not given a transaction number.
I have the receipt saved on my computer, but I am at a loss on how to collect the refund through the resolution center or find the transaction number for the purchase. I would like to know how to continue. Thanks for any help provided.
