Refund never posted to my bank account. That was a month ago.... still waiting.

I paid for something that was $67 and got a refund for it. My balance is now $0. I've been waiting and waiting for it to post and it hasn't. Help please?

Lexi16- Question. Was the payment funded by a bank or credit card?  If it was a card, the refund will go directly back to the card; it won't wind up in your PayPal account. If it was bank funded, it would go to your PayPal balance but this could take a few days for the payment to process through the banking system.
