I canceled a transaction from Microsoft last week and contacted them yesterday because a week had passed and I still have not recieved my refund. Microsoft support told me that they are trying to send my refund to my paypal account, but PAYPAL is declining it? WTF WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS? Paypal has never done this before.
