Charged 4 times for a card that wasn't successfully added.

I was trying to add a gift card to paypal (worst idea ever.) so i can buy Cobalt, but that didn't work. I decided to go to the gift card home page, checked my balance, and saw i had 4.00 off my card.

Is there any way paypal can remove those charges?
