I have a customer who bought three items and paid full shipping costs on each item. I would like to give a partial
refund and ship the items in one shipping. How do I give a partial refund on shipping costs.?
Also I had an international buyer who bought 15 items from me at the same time and was charged shipping for each item. I had to give the customer some free items to make up the difference on the shipping costs.
How do you give a partial refund and not a full refund? Please give directions.
