Being charged twice for one order?!?

I've sent payment to a business online using my paypal debit card and the funds were sent. (They have already shiped the items) But I went back to my history after I noticed I was being charged again for the same transaction and it said the payment was expired but right above that they took out a hold of funds. Why am I being charged again if the funds were already taken from my balance?? Please help! I've written to PP twice and have not heard back.
