I have a valid paypal account, however everytime I sell and item it tells my buyer that I cannot accept paypal payments and they need to contact me for other payment options. Why is this happening???? Pleas help!!
Have you updated your account to a Premier Paypal account to accept Ebay payments?
PayPal members in some countries cannot accept payments. Is your PayPal account a USA PayPal account?
