Not allowed to recieve payment without being verified

I tried looking through past posts looking for this exact problem, but didn't see it. I have a PayPal account for the SOLE purpose of collecting donations from a site to use for paying the site's server costs. However, I am not allowed to accept the donations, because I am not verified. The only 2 options presented are "get verified" and "deny". I do not have a bank account, personal or otherwise, and wasn't able to get the "Paypal plus credit card". Is there another option I am not aware of?

freewaybear- I did a little research and here's what's happening.  For you to have a donation button, you'll have to be verified.  This is one of our many security measure we have in place to keep PayPal safe.  One of the best reasons for this is the inherent risk with donations. 

There have unfortunately been issues with potential money laundering and "donations".  Since you, in most cases, had to walk into a bank and apply for a bank account using some sort of identification, this helps lesson the risk to accepting donations from our end of things.

Hope this addresses at least some of your concerns.
