Hello, I wanted to ask you if I can get paid with PayPal giving my email address. I am Peruvian living in Peru. I have a credit card from a local bank. If the answer is yes, how do I setup the email address. Thank you.

yes you can but if there is no mail of the item like if someone is sending you money for a service or virtual item then they can file for the money back up to 45 days later.

Hello. Do you mean that the customer can get a refund of his money during 45 days after the payment and I will be able to get the money only 45 days after the payment?

Thanks.

No for example I sold a game that already had great gear toons for 350 and after the money was completed and i already put it in a bank account they was able to take the money back so my account is -350 now on paypal. The can just say that they didnt authurize the payment that there son did or that they got hacked.  What ever the case soon as they send you the money then can take it back up to 45 days after they send it.  Make sure you go threw ebay they might be more of help then paypal but paypal dont really care.

But yeah i took the money out soon as i could and a day or 2 later they guy took it back so im not really out of the money i dont think because i also closed that bank account but i wont be able to use paypal anymore its a shame i was going to buy a 6600 pc threw them lol.

Hi ricardo2010,

In Peru, you can receive money and withdraw it to a US bank account.

You can click the Worldwide link at the bottom of any page at PayPal.com to see what services are available for any country.
