Ok, so I sold a laptop to a buyer for $500. The guy send the $500 and he needed a picture of the receipt for the reference number. I send it to him. but PayPal send a email saying I have to pay a additional of $450 to the fund because my PayPal account isn't a business user so I have a limit of how much I can receive and the $500 that the buyer send me passed my limit. So I won't be credited till I expand my account. So I send the Additional $450 to the fund to expand my business and as soon it was done, I will get a total sum of $950. But still haven't received anything. Can someone please help. I am a first time PayPal user.
