I encountered the same problem in both prod and sandbox. The order was created on the server-side, and the approve url was returned to the user. After the user agreed to pay on the web page, it would take at least one minute to receive the webhook event sent by PayPal on the server-side. Is there any way I can receive webhook events immediately after the user agrees?
