Obtaining Application ID

Hello,

I have created a NVP SOAP WebHooks REST app in the Sandbox environment. I am trying to follow the documentation here - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/archive/permissions-service/gs-PermissionsService/#make-your-first.... However, I am unable to obtain an application ID in my dashboard. I can only see client id, secret and the app name.

Please help!
