Live Webhooks not firing

Hello,

since yesterday webhooks stopped firing. Our server doesn't recieve any calls from PayPal anymore. I tested the webhook by sending a http-post to the webhook url and using the webhook simulator in the dashboard. Both methods worked. I tried resending the webhook-event multiple times from the "webhook events"-tab but the server doesn't recieve anything (I logged all requests and watched the console). The webhook-event is marked as incomplete (!). I did not change any settings in the dashboard or on the server before it stopped working.

We are using node with express.

I can't open my private messages. The page gives the me following error:

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.Click your browser's Back button to continue.Return to my original page."

It fired about three days later without us doing anything. I can even access my private messages now (wow!) but I did not recieve any.

Hello @jhoh did you find a solution for this problem? I have the same problem.
