How can I take a commission fee on transactions?

I make website software for photographers to sell prints/digital downloads to their clients. I want to offer a free version of my software that allows photographers to accept PayPal payments but I would receive a 3% commission on every sale they make. So if Photographer Jane sells $100 in prints to her customer via my software with the PayPal integration, I would receive $3 and Jane would receive the remaining $97 (minus PayPal fees).

Based on your business requirement, you can use MarketPlace product and split the payments accordingly. 

For LIVE integration, I would suggest to please fill the PayPal Marketplace application via below link.

Once applied, relevant department will be reviewing your business details and contact you directly.
