Got a discount voucher of ₹600 but can't use it on my next transaction. It shows I can use that on my next transaction, still it isn't getting applied. Please help.
I'm sorry to hear of the negative experience. A cashback voucher usually cannot be used to send a cash equivalent payment. You would need to purchase a physical item or service.
