Paypal.me link not working

I go to Paypal.me to create a link but when i click create my paypal.me link it bounces me straight to my paypal home page and doesn't take me thru the steps of creating the paypal.me link as iv seen on youtube... trying to workout how im going wrong

Doesn't seem to be available in NZ or am I missing something?
