I tried to ship a package via the Paypal UPS option. Filled out all the shipping info and clicked ship button. Then got a message indicating that I did not have enough funds in my balance to cover shipment. Logged on to my account and cannot find anywhere to add funds in my wallet section as indicated in other suggestions on this page. Obviously cannot call anyone and cannot figure out what to do next. Can anyone help resolve this issue, so I can make shipment? Thank you.
