Please make sure to check the spam folder in your emailbox to see if responses have landed there. If not the merchant community might be more of help, or you may consider contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter, or keep the availability of phone support during the pandemic checked in the contact us page to understand when the phone lines are available again.
