unable to print shipping, page opens + closes immediately

First time I have used PayPal postage and I am Unable to print the postage label, do I have to cancel it and start again?

If you have already created the postage label but you cannot print it, you can cancel it and create a new one within 7 days. 

If the page does not load and the system does not let you create the label, please clear your cache and cookies and delete your browser history. This should help you solve the issue.
