Seller not replying to claim

Hi I escalated a claim to PayPal and the seller has until 2nd May 2020 to reply. I’d just like to know what happens if we surpass that date and the seller still hasn’t replied thanks. And how long should I wait for the refund post 20th May?

If you have funds that you are awaiting the return of and PayPal rules in your favor then the funds will be refunded immediately.

What happens if pay pal is not replying to my request for help with difficult seller who signed for a returned item but refused to reply to your messages
