Hello, I do not understand why my account is limited. I sold a pair of joggers a week ago and the customer asked for a refund and we agreed on a full refund with the condition of the item being returned. Once the customer accepted the offer in the resolution centre, my account became limited which makes no sense at all. I have provided all the informaiton PayPal required except for making my negative PayPal balance back to zero as I am unable to do this. It makes no sense and it has hindered me from making further purchases or sales, costing me money and losses. Can anyone give me information about the situation or what I should expect or when my account limitation will be lifted thanks. The customer has also already sent back my joggers.
