Question About Paypal Debit Card

Hi Every One !

i am new to PayPal and i want to get the PayPal debit card in Singapore, does PayPal provides the debit card to Singapore accounts or not if yes where can i apply for debit card.

second!

i have a Payoneer prepaid master card which is not issued in Singapore. can i add that card to my PayPal account or not

Unfortunately, I'm not finding any PayPal debit cards available in Singapore.

As for adding a card from another country; PayPal limits the ability to add cards to the country the card was issued in.
