shipping charges

When I set up my website I created my Paypal buttons for each item specifying $4 for shipping. However, I want it to be $4 shipping for each customer transaction. I don't want to charge $4 for each item. How can I fix this?

Go to the App Center tab.

Scroll down to “Streamline Operations” and click “View All”.

Click Shipping Calculator, then the “Get Started” button.

Create shipping policies by clicking “Add Shipping Method” link.

In the last section, you can select to price shipping costs by amount, qty or weight.

This method affects all buttons as a whole or alternatively set a specific amount within a button so it affects only that button to override the calculator.
