l have just installed the PP app on my phone. Confused as to how to use in person

1st time user of the PP app. I have made purchases on line & used the pay in 4 quite often & no probs. Do l just scan the QR code in the store (they offer PP pay in 4) As l don't want to pay the whole amount today. Does the pay in 4 option come up once you scan. ??
