i need help unlocking my card

I need to unlock my card but on the app, it's not loading at all I tried calling PayPal but the automatic system keeps saying they are closed and don't open to 6 am what can I do

If you are attempting through the PayPal mobile app and are experiencing difficulty, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps to resolve this issue, and then try again to unlock. If not, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking on the help and contact option at the bottom of the page on our website so that our advisors can look into your account help accordingly or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
