Why I got rejected while applying PayPal Credit for buying something ?

I was trying to buy a laptop through online but my credit application is rejected by PayPal

I am sorry to hear your PayPal Credit application was rejected. I know this must be frustrating. PayPal will email you with more information about why your application for PayPal Credit was unsuccessful. 

If you apply during checkout and get declined for PayPal Credit, you can still use PayPal to check out securely with your debit or credit card. If you want to re-apply, you will be able to 35 days after your last application.
