What steps should a financial institution take to be added to the list available to its clients?

I work at a financial institution. And, we would like our clients to be able to connect their account with us to their PayPal accounts. Other institutions with the same name as ours show-up when our clients try on their own. Some don't realize what the unfamiliar logo is for and continue trying to connect an institution that they don't have an account with. This is causing a good deal of frustration for our mutual clients.

So far, the first two have been very unhelpful. The first was for reporters. And, communication thru "Contact Us"... well, there must be a language barrier. I will likely have to try the third option.
