Phone number not supported

So my primary number is set but iam trying to get a business debit card account because iam starting a small business that's opening in the next week .. it keeps asking me to verify the same number and then says this type of number isn't supported. It's a [removed] . It is one of those free services through the state is this why ?

You have a US business account.
You have a confirmed physical street address (not a P.O. Box). You can confirm your address by:
Linking a credit card that has the monthly statement sent to a physical street address.
Applying and receiving approval for a PayPal card that confirms your physical street address.
Completing the location confirmation process.
You provide your social security number and date of birth.
You’re an active PayPal member in good standing.

I suggest you to check if your information including phone number in your account is confirmed and the notification tab for any pending actions. If there are no pending actions and all the information in your account is confirmed, then try clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works.
