PayPal debit card

I'm from Europa but currently I'm in USA.I wanted to order PayPal debit card to my USA address ,but I even didn't see that option in my profile.Should I need to change something to be able to order card?

Paypal is country specific so that option would not be available to someone with a Latvian registered paypal account.

You would need to open one in the U.S and add all U.S information to that account. However you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account. As you already have a personal account if you want a U.S one you may have to close the other one first.

However if you don't have U.S bank accounts and cards then you may not be able to verify a U.S paypal account.
