Pay in 3 Payment option declined

I have had 2 pay in 3 payments declined. The card details are correct. I have tried on my phone and on the website. Every time I try to make a payment, it says there was an error/something went wrong and I can't make the payment?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to complete the Pay in 3 repayments. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. Each time you initiate a transaction, our system runs through a series of filters to locate any possible risk and if there's any risk found, our system may temporarily block the activity. I recommend you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser.
