I am sorry to know that you're having issues with the card reader. If you are having issues with your Zettle card reader, please reach out to the Zettle team directly through the contact details mentioned in this link.
If you are referring to the PayPal Here card reader, kindly know that after April 3, 2023, PayPal Here services will no longer be available. This means you will not be able to accept payments through PayPal Here with the card reader device or via the PayPal Here App from that date. You can upgrade to our latest point-of-sale solution, PayPal Zettle, to continue accepting payments, manage inventory, and track sales. To learn more, click here.
