I see you're looking to return the unused card reader. You can return the card reader within 30 days from the day the card reader is delivered to you. Please note that the card reader should be returned in its original packaging with the accessories. To return the card reader, please contact PayPal Customer Service team.

Once the returned item is collected, amount will be returned within 5 Business days. But it may take up to 30 days for the amount to appear in your card statement depending on your card issuer.

I couldn’t get an answer, so I sent it back through UPS, marked “RTS” (Return to Sender).
