Returning for refund

Purchased a medical shoulder relief pillow online. Item just doesn’t help at all and isn’t what I expected. Shoulder aches just the same and it causes lower back pain. No good at all. I have emailed company 3 times about returning and haven’t had a response? I have tried to follow up via PayPal and there isn’t a menu for returns inthis instance? I can only cancel? This won’t work as the seller hasn’t agreed to anything yet as I have had o comms?? Am I entitled to a refund? And If so Do I pay for return post?

Paypal buyer protection only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described. They don't cover buyer remorse because you are not happy with the item unfortunately.

That said check out Distance selling regs and see if you can return within 30 days, not sure if that is for misdescribed goods only though.

If it is then vendors may refuse if the item was as described or may offer you store credit.
