I’ve been charged twice for my first bill with pay in 3 (it only shows up as if I’ve made my first payment) and resolution centre says I can’t file an issue with this type of payment is there anything else I can do to get it sorted?

It’s not a charge yet but a temporary authorization hold, especially if you can’t file a dispute on it. It’s it marked as Pending?
