People trying to donate to our Paypal account via Facebook receive the following message

'This organization is currently ineligible to receive donations.'

Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear of the trouble receiving donation payments. 

Have you setup your PayPal account to receive donations via PayPal?

Hi

This PayPal account has been active for many years. 

It has been possible to donate to our organisation during all that time but for some reason, this is no longer working and the error message is dispalyed

I would be grateful for your assistance
