Sorry to hear that you haven't received your PayPal card. Your PayPal Card will arrive in the mail 7-10 days after you request it and we’ll send the card to the address you entered and confirmed in your application. It’ll arrive in a white PayPal branded envelope. If you haven't received your card after 4 weeks, you can request a new one.
